十首歌,十个年头,十种感触。

心血来潮,把五月天的歌统统听过一遍。至少我知道的都听过了。好像一场洗礼,把繁杂的心净化了;又好比一场豪雨,给荒芜的沙漠滋润了。坦白说,五月天成军超过十年,可是真正熟悉他们只有半个十年。很感慨没有他们陪伴的那些年头,却很庆幸有他们丰富未来的岁月。

我可以不认识五月天,但我无法不听他们的音乐;你可以不崇拜五月天,但有些歌是你绝对不能错过的。

太多太多好歌,太多太多的感动。如果硬要选个十首,第一首应该就是家喻户晓的〈温柔〉吧。
--不知道 不明了 不想要 为什么我的心 明明是想靠近 却孤单到黎明--
让你自由,就是我的温柔。朗朗上口的旋律,轻描淡写的歌词。不管听多少遍,它总是能温柔的感染每一个细胞。

想了又想,第二首,总觉得应该是它。
--让我享受这感觉 我是孤傲的蔷薇 让我品尝这滋味 纷乱世界的不了解--
脱俗的词曲,每次都让我惊艳。也许不是所有人都能欣赏它的美,但我还是很想歌颂我对〈拥抱〉的赞叹。

第三首,非〈志明与春娇〉莫属。
-- 我跟你最好就到这 你对我已经没感觉 到这冻止 你也免爱我--
五月天有一种魔力,让世界各地的歌迷唱起了台语歌。即使你听不懂,也还是无法抗拒它的魅力。这就是所谓的音乐无国界。

第四首,我挣扎了好久。按照发行先后, 那就是〈纯真〉
--在无声之中你拉起了我的手 我怎么感觉整个黑夜在震动--
摇滚天团没有摇滚,轻盈的旋律却还是让我感到很震撼。静静的聆听吧,它真的会给你很多感动。

第五首,纪念五月天第五张创作专辑,就是〈倔强〉
--我和我最后的倔强 握紧双手绝对不放 下一站是不是天堂 就算失望 不能绝望--
这首歌太多名句了。像一篇宣言,五月天把坚持追梦的精神写进歌词,用这首歌渲染世界。〈倔强〉就是要让每一个怀梦的人肯定自己。

随手拈来,第六首〈知足〉
--怎么去拥有一道彩虹 怎么去拥抱一夏天的风 天上的星星笑地上的人 总是不能懂不能觉得足够--
〈知足〉没有华丽的旋律,却能够牵引人心;它也没有堂皇的歌词,却可以触动人心。这首歌也不需要太多的形容词,反正它就是会给你满满的感触。

好吧,我放弃了。反正都好听,那第七就选〈恋爱-ing〉 好了。
--恋爱i-n-g happy i-n-g 心情就像是坐上一台喷射机 恋爱 i-n-g 改变 i-n-g  改变了黄昏黎明 有你都心跳到不行--
每次听见这首歌,心情就会high到不行。轻轻松松,摇摇摆摆,听了整天都会好快乐。

如果第七首high到不行,那第八首就来个叛逆到不行的吧。
--很不爽 我很不爽 不要让我更不爽 快抓狂 我快抓狂 不要搞不清状况--
心情超不爽的时候〈抓狂〉真的会让你很抓狂。超喜欢它热血沸腾的旋律,尤其是怪兽和石头轧吉他的部分,心跳会狂飙!

第九首,我和朋友都爱不释手,〈一千个世纪〉
--我要和你一起走过一千个世纪 每次诞生我都要与你相遇 每次轮回都为你--
这首歌是一个故事。它是一个美丽的爱情故事。细细品味,除了赞叹,还是赞叹。我希望,它可以流传一千个世纪。

最后一首,肯定不是结尾。再多十首也不会是结尾。那就来首较新的歌好了。希望可以很快听到五月天的新作品。
--每个孤单天亮 我都一个人唱 默默的让这旋律和我心交响 就算会有一天 没人与我合唱 至少在我的心中 还有个尚未崩坏的地方--
我相信,即使再怎么被现实放逐,每个人心中总会有一处牢牢守护不愿让步的殿堂。〈我心中尚未崩坏的地方〉要向现实喊话:宁愿受伤也不愿背弃理想!

十首歌,十个年头,十种感触。他们说披头四是神话,但披头四对我而言太遥远了。那就让五月天当我的披头四好了。

10 Things To Do When You Feel Stress

Stress!!! No one can escape from stress. In good ways, it can be a motivating factor. But when it gets uncontrollable, it can be a disaster. So, you won’t want to be its enemy. Here are 10 ways you can befriend stress and live your life WELL.

1. PUT IT ASIDE. I’m not saying that you should forget about your problems. Just put it aside. It would be much better to distract your attention to something else rather than cracking your head thinking bout it whole day.
BUT,there is always an exception to everything. You can’t put your assignment aside and play games when the dateline is the next day. So, this rule is an exception for those who do last-minute-stuff, and i mean important stuff!

2. HOBBY. When stress keeps kicking into your mind, this rings the bell for some hobby time. Hobby-ing means doing something you enjoy doing. Don’t do something that will only add on to your stress. You can surf the net, read comics (no textbooks please), and whatever that makes you feel good.
Well, this is an exception for those nerds who find studying their only pleasure. Go ahead, just don’t come around to bother someone who is gaming with your maths questions.

3. EAT. hmmm… Nothing much to explain. Sweet stuffs and junk food give you good mood. Somehow its proven. So why not once in a while surrender yourself to these sweet temptations?
Beware. Diabetic people, you are strictly not allowed to try this.

4. MOVE. Move as in move your ass and contract some muscles. Sweating out is good for you,in and out. Go run 10 rounds or roll over the fields or walk your dog. It helps to blank out your mind. Its strongly recommended when you became hyperactive after eating. Not the reverse. You will get more stress due to weight gain.
As i said, there is always an exception. You can move in all ways you want and where ever you want but not in the middle of the traffic or halfway during a lecture.

5. SLEEP. Have enough sleep for at least 8 hours a day. You will feel fresh in the morning. For those who suffer insomnia, just cuddle yourself in bed without doing anything. Night time means time to rest your mind. And of course, don’t complaint of insomnia when you had coffee or tea before that.
Sleeping is very important but that does not mean you should drown yourself with sleeping pills. Drink milk instead.

Now, let’s get serious.

6. POLISH YOUR NAILS. A quote from a friend who blinds me with her dazzling nail polish—"Unless my parents die or my country perish, there is no reason for me to not style my hair or polish my nails". It doesn’t really works for me, but who knows it might lighten you up. So pick a cheerful colour and blind others eyes.
I guess this doesn’t account for males. Well, its your choice of course. Seriously, I don’t discriminate guys who polish their nails pink. In fact, i would salute one who have the guts to do that.

7. SPEND SOME MONEY. Shopping spree!!! Do keep some money aside once in a while for shopping. You will be amazed by the effect of pampering yourself, spending cash on things you wanted so much. If you are a stingy person, please go window shopping at least. More pleasure granted for the least expected stuff you will end up buying.
Again, i don’t think this works for guys. But now you know what you should do when your girlfriend gets grumpy and its stressing you out.

8. SING OUT LOUD. Run out of pitch and break someone’s eardrum. You can sing your favourite song in the shower, on your bed and even out at the balcony. Please don’t say you can’t sing. There are no such rules like only American Idols are allowed to sing.
Not advisable if its middle of the night and when there are babies next door. You can sing as loud as you want if your neighbour is deaf of course.

9. WATCH SOME DRAMA. If you are a drama-addict, then this would be heaven for you. Go for something long-winding with at least 10 episodes. You will wonder how did you spent your day without being stress. Don’t worry if you are not really a drama-addict, you can opt for movies instead. Pick something that is extremely sad or excessively funny. Trust me, you will either tear up or laugh till you run out of breath.
Please, don’t watch something that reminds you of your problems. Like watching Hachiko when you just loss your pet. It won’t be helpful.

10. TALK TO SOMEONE. When i say someone, i actually mean someone other than yourself. Don’t be so pathetic talking to the mirror, it will only scares people. Try to talk to someone who only talk nonsense. Time flies when you talk to someone like that. And in the end, you would realise that your mind is clear because your conversation was meaningless.
You don’t go talk to crazy people. People who talk nonsense are people who tell lame jokes and you can hardly remember a single thing he/she said.

The above 10 ways can only relieve your stress temporary. They can never solve your problems. So, at the end of the day, you have no choice but to FACE YOUR PROBLEMS. Face it and overcome it. That’s the ultimate way to handle stress.

Finally, if you have tried all these ways and still troubled by stress, go see a doctor. Something must be wrong with you.
